We use information to respond to inquiries; scope, design and deliver projects; operate and secure our websites and services; maintain user sessions and preferences; provide support; improve reliability and usability; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business records; and comply with contractual, legal or regulatory obligations.
6. AI-enabled services and client data
Some Neuto AI services may incorporate AI-assisted tools or third-party AI infrastructure. Client or project data is handled according to the applicable service configuration and agreement. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no networked service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and the nature of our relationship, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or information about how personal information is handled. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. Where information is controlled by a Neuto AI client, we may direct the request to that organization.
