1. Acceptance
By accessing NeutoAI.com or using a Neuto AI™ digital service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Use. Paid services, development projects, enterprise platforms and Creator Passport™ deployments may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, licence, data-processing agreement or other written contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.
2. Website and services
Neuto AI provides digital strategy, design, web and application development, AI product engineering, enterprise platform services and related technology offerings. Website descriptions, demonstrations, prototypes, roadmaps and examples are informational and may change as products and services evolve.
3. Project engagements
Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, acceptance criteria, timelines, dependencies, support obligations and intellectual-property arrangements are defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Estimates and target dates may depend on timely client feedback, access, approvals, third-party systems and other assumptions stated in the engagement documents.
4. Accounts and security
If a service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity performed through your authorized account. You may not attempt to access another user’s account, bypass security controls, probe systems without written authorization or interfere with service operation.
5. Creator Passport™ and verification information
Creator Passport™ and related verification, rights, authorization and provenance features provide technical infrastructure for recording and evaluating information represented in the platform. They do not replace contracts, rights-holder authority, professional advice, registries, courts or regulators, and they do not by themselves establish legal ownership or entitlement.
6. AI-enabled functionality
AI-assisted outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before material business, legal, financial, safety or operational decisions are made. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of generated or AI-assisted output for your intended use and for obtaining any permissions required for submitted data, content or materials.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; scrape restricted or private data; impersonate another person or organization; misrepresent verification or provenance results; overload infrastructure; circumvent technical controls; or use the services for fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
8. Client materials
You retain responsibility for content, data, trademarks, media and other materials you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Neuto AI to use those materials to perform the requested work. Neuto AI does not acquire ownership of client materials merely by processing them.
9. Intellectual property
Neuto AI™ branding, site materials, software, interface systems, documentation and original technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and licence terms for custom project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. See the Intellectual Property notice for additional information.
10. Third-party services
The website and project work may depend on third-party hosting, software, APIs, AI systems, payment services, open-source components or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability, and Neuto AI is not responsible for third-party products or services outside its control.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any controlling written agreement, public website materials and demonstration functionality are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing on the public website constitutes legal, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
12. Allocation of risk
Any warranties, service levels, indemnities, limitations of liability, remedies or other allocation of commercial risk for paid work are governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the website, services and operating requirements evolve. The revision date shown on this page identifies the current version.
